I've looked at the GW forum - there are a couple of recent threads about missing seeds - mostly from subscribers in Ireland. However, one reply may help you -
I'm a subscriber in the UK and received the seeds. If you look at page 136 in the magazine, it gives you contact details if the seeds are missing
