Its so hard for them. I think they are both mild CH kittens, which is like cerebral palsy in people. Google drunken cats on youtube.
2 siblings passed before they came to me, as Mamacat rejected them, then another passed in my hands 2 weeks later
I console myself they are loved with me, as handrears have a huge mountain to climb to thrive x
