Thank you all. Boring stressful day. Shopping then arguing with BT. I told Paul he should wrap up the GH and put a bow on it for me. His answer was unprintable Smile. It's been a good year for presents ( which is very unusual) new GH, a new garden storage box arrived yesterday and a new freezer coming on Monday. Usually it's only a card. Big Grin. I'm not a flowers and jewellery type.

Thanks for the cake SC.   I used to make those until OH complained so much about the kitchen covered in icing sugar.  I've probably lost the skill now, but it was a great sense of satisfaction producing something both edible and pretty.  I drew the line at cakes looking like burgers or fried eggs, that just didn't suit well with the senses.  Something savoury shouldn't be sickly sweet.
