D. YS Sardine fillets with harissa sauce on wholegrain rice.

All FREE except the sardines - think they were 88p.

They were frozen, Vinny. I'm sure we mentioned them before. Morries also had mackerel and some white fish being remaindered at about half price.

I often see the fresh sardines yellow stickered but never the fillets which I prefer? I just don't like bones and can't be arrised to fillet them! Rolleyes Love Harrisa on just about anything though! Smile
