Couple of slices off a pork joint with crackling (cold) this morning then three smash burgers and three eggs scrambled. Kato got his smashburger as usual.

I've got some leftover home made chilli but not enough for two, some leftover baked beans not really enough for even one and leftover grated cheese, plus some wraps bbe last week. It's got to be enchiladas tonight

Piece of pre-cooked belly pork for brekkie. After Kato's walk fried up a pound of mince with three eggs. Also had an oven cooked salmon slice. Left a bit of the mince mix for Ron as I was full up
Cooked off some pork slicesat the same time as fish and have experimented with lambs lier i the air fryer? Doesn't look too apettizing floating in blood, so I've taken the liner out and given it another couple of minutes sitting on the grill at bottom?
