Chilli/garlic smashburgers with eggs added to the mix and topped with cheese and gin pickled gerkins for lunch. Cheese omelette with chilli flakes  for Ron.

Soya protein, vegetable oil, vinegar,  spices, salt, paprika, onion, garlic, lovage  - according to the label. https://vivera.com/products/vivera-plant-shawarma-kebab/
Its quite tasty. I wouldn't buy it but it was FREE, so I'll eat it!.

Decided on OMAD for today so it's BBB & E.

 Sirloin with Kerrygold butter from grass raised cows, cooking bacon done in air fryer and fresh farm fried eggs ( from 1/2 a mile away) laid a couple of days ago. Smile
