Fishy Friday so I made Carnivore fishcakes with tinned salmon, egg and homemade Panko instead of flour. I had peviously made pork scratchings from rind but it was hard to chew so I ground it up and made panko.
I had a box of air fried Lidl fishfingers (80p) with it as I had forgot to freeze them.
Not carnivore but a handful of Jalapeno's spiced it up a bit!

3 pork chops,3 eggs & 3 skices of black pudding with half a tub of cream cheese for lunch. Steak and butter for Ron.

D. Vegan kebab meat, mushrooms, mini corn, mangetout, stirfried with soy sauce
Sponge cake.

B. Sourdough toast & strawberry jam

D. Nothing yet - still full.

Scotch egg for brekkie then smashburgers,fried eggs and bacon for lunch shard with Kato of course! Hopefully that will do me for today.
