They have a FB site. You won't find adverse comments on it though - you have to look in "Mentions" on their page. YOu'll find plenty there.

Sorry for your troubles Vinny, I hope the plant survives, how did you pay for it was it a voucher or a credit card ?, if it was a cc you could always get onto them and seek a refund.

It's not the end of the world, there is good and bad in all things! Plant will recover, just take a bit longer to establish.
As I said, they are a 'fly by night' operation and worth staying clear of in the future!
