A couple of rather late but  lovely gladioli I couldn't resist taking a picture.

They are beautiful. I’ve never grown them. Think they need adding to my list.

Glads are beautiful but the sight of 100 corms needing to be planted has put me off them for life.
Before you ask, I gave them away!

Someone was very lucky. I only bought 6 from one of the German supermarkets in a weak moment. You can't make much of a display with 6, so they're scattered around randomly and I think even then a few failed. A couple flowered much earlier but these two came late to the party. I didn't know they were late flowering - or perhaps I didn't look.

Early Apple blossom. More trees need to flower before Apple Avenue reaches its full glory. Smile

A few Blue flowers.

[attachment=2769] Ajuga/Bugle - I'm growing this as ground cover beneath gooseberries.

[attachment=2770] Wild violets

[attachment=2771] Bluebells

I could have added Vinca and Forgetmenots but I forgot. Wink

I'm really pleased with the tulips I planted last November - they've nearly all come up, despite getting a bit manky in the damp shed, and look stunning together!

I need to take photos of the others as well, but I was a bit knackered after sowing All The Seeds Big Grin
