They don’t make contacting them easy! Unless I actually want to talk to them on the phone. I have to be feeling very sociable to talk anyone on the phone   Blush . There’s still time. If I get no off every one else. I might have to phone them .

and if things get really desperate i might have to try the company that sell not be named    Wink .

I'd try That company anyway. Give them chance to redeem themselves. Wink

You could also message them on Facebook if that's easier?

As it's a seed swap, you could accept donations for a couple of hours making a note of who and how many varieties and then, towards the end, allow people to pick packets they want, one packet each at a time. Hopefully you shouldn't need too big a stock of seeds other than what people bring.

I’ve contacted another 5 companies this morning.
I keep getting promotional emails from seed companies I’ve forgotten. So they get an email straight back  Big Grin

After reading though DTbrowns many many information pages I didn’t contact them. They make it very clear that it wouldn’t happen without actually saying  **** off  Wink .

Ask the gardening club members for seeds in advance and give them an IOU to redeem on the day?

Strange that as DT Brown used to sponsor my last allotment shop by supplying seeds at half price! Huh
