Had a visitation from Manchester, grandson and 2 young lady friends aged 5 and 11. They thought the fruit cage was a great den and played in it for a long time eating ripe red/black currants, gooseberries cherries and raspberries. Hopefully they have left enough for my morning porridge for the coming year.

Onion, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, also dug some rogue potatoes from the garden, found rooster and Maris piper in there.

So far 4 cucs and 4 courgettes, there will be beans later no doubt.

My first courgette, mixed lettuce, basil and raspberries.

The Rosakrone peas. I spent all morning harvesting then shelling. Small pods, don't think I'll grow them again.

Yet more cucs a Delistar & 2 BA. Perhaps next year I will remember not to grow quite so many. I kid myself saying 'they're only little ones'.
