I love the smell of pine and spruce, but I associate the smell with cleaning products, so I'm really not sure I'd like to taste it!

I associate it with happy holidays drinking Retsina in Greece.Wink
Occasionally, I pick some Scots pine needles to make tea but I've never thought of treating them like rosemary and cooking with them.

I'd be chewing for a long time as my tree is a plastic family heirloom dragged down from the attic for the past 20 odd Crimbo's and re-usedBig Grin

No Christmas tree here just holly on the mantle piece and I don’t fancy eating that. Smile
