I'm embarrassed to say that none of my seeds germinated and I can't enter the competition again. Its a couple of years since I've grown a Tromba-------I'm a failure,

I've picked two with withered ends (poor tromba) they weren't amusing just sympathy inducing, I have high hopes of some funny ones soon, they like their climbing frame.

Mine are pathetic... but then it's been dry even in the no dig beds. I think I didn't plant them deep enough. Two of them are looking positive though - they might do something in the next few weeks!

Tromba traipsing up the climbing frame, any 'fruits' are inside.

Inside view a couple of fully formed, but a load of them are unpollinated so wither at the ends.

I very nearly forgot to photograph my tromboncino
. I’ve started eating one before I remembered.Don’t know if you can read the tape measure. It’s very well used and going rusty ( the beauty of building in the rain
