Pretty sure I know the answer, but hard to avoid a major spoiler. Here's my attempt to somewhat obfuscate: I'm thinking that Monica competed naked, but that wasn't the primary reason she couldn't have the trophy placed in her hands.

Except the puzzle block contained an error to make it extra tricky!!
