Young hare - Jay - 06-07-2021 [attachment=3406] A young hare in the garden. RE: Young hare - Farendwoman - 06-07-2021 How super! It’s been a long time since I’ve had the privilege of seeing one of those. RE: Young hare - Spec - 07-07-2021 Very nice Jay, they are becoming quite rare to see nowadays RE: Young hare - Bren - 07-07-2021 A good photos Jay RE: Young hare - Mark_Riga - 08-06-2022 Just sat drinking a cup of tea after dinner and a hare has just lolloped past the patio doors. Chased it down the drive as it was likely casing the joint as the rabbits and squirrels have been doing lately. RE: Young hare - Alisina - 09-06-2022 What a cutie! RE: Young hare - Can the Man - 17-05-2023 This morning I looked out the front window and seen a hare bouncing out the front gate he was easily bigger than my neighbours Jack Russel, he was coming from my front garden, then I went round the back to open the outer poly tunnel door to let the air in, and I seen some movement from the garden down by the side of the tunnel and lo and behold another hare even bigger than the one 5 minutes earlier out front. Probably a breeding pair means I’ll have more hares later in the year. I’ll need to start watch my cabbages RE: Young hare - Mark_Riga - 10-06-2024 Going out for a walk just now saw this lolloping towards us. I thought it was a small dog but when it got nearer, it was obvious it was a young hare. Pictures not very clear though.
