It really is a remarkable company in so many ways, and I'm not saying that only because I'm Swedish and proud as punch lol

Just collected some more IKEA stuff - 4 "leathery" Storage boxes with windows in the side - about Foolscap size , or, as we know it - large seed tray size. Destined for seed storage in the Seed & Book library. Smile

Today's IN was a selection of Past the Use by Date food - That's Past it by a couple of months. I only wanted the peanut butter but I ended up with 3 jars of sauce, Lasagne, Bolognese and Korma, Jar of Cranberry Sauce and a Gingerbread & Butterscotch Pudding that is 2 weeks past its date.

Out of interest, I had a look at the dates on foodstuffs that I had in the cupboard. Don't think I've looked at the dates before - I'm a grab and eat sort of chicken. There's an Antique meal being served tonight. Big Grin

Today's IN was a little different - something for the garden to fight the slugs.
A packet of Defenders Slugs Away Wool mulch (looks like a piece of grey Army Blanket (if you remember those) and a bag of Envii Feed & Protect - to be made into a liquid to deter slugs and snails and feed the plants at the same time - so it says!!

No freebies but I did I’d hit the charity shops today. Got 2 double duvet cover sets & 1 double fitted sheet all for under £10. Also some very expensive yarn for my crochet for £3.

That's almost a freebie, SC. A bargain Big Grin

IN came another beanbag - a smaller red fabric one which the dogs liked immediately unlike the large grey leathery one I acquired last. That one is so stuffed with beans that there's not much "give" in it. I'll see if my brother wants it for his Cane Corso.
Also IN was a black bag full of Sourdough bread rolls (long ones and round ones- 43 in total) and 2 sourdough loaves. Hope there's enough room in the freezer!!

And...........the Wonder Of IKEA delivered the lost fittings from Slovakia so I should be able to assemble the slide-out shoe rack and see what else I can turn it into. Big Grin.

She is enormous - my brother uses her as a footrest!! He's a dog-walker at the Dog's Home and nobody wanted the dog because she was so big - so the old softie brought her home to join his Schnauzer and rescue Jack Russell. That was about 4 years ago. She's better with people now but you wouldn't want to break in!!!

What a beautiful lounge dog, he is big but look at the stance. A real mans dog you’d expect
