RE: The build - Veggie - 15-10-2022 We know you love power tools. RE: The build - Small chilli - 17-10-2022 Progress report [attachment=5532] We’ve started filling in the gaps [attachment=5533] [attachment=5534] RE: The build - Veggie - 17-10-2022 Daft question now! Will you cut holes in the cladding for the windows? RE: The build - Bren - 17-10-2022 Looking good SC RE: The build - Small chilli - 17-10-2022 (17-10-2022, 06:28 PM)Veggie Wrote: Daft question now! Will you cut holes in the cladding for the windows? Not daft . We started on that wall for 2 reasons. It’s has no windows in it and that’s the side the most of the weather hits. We’ll not clad right up to the windows until they’re actually in. So the rest of the cladding might look a bit patchy. RE: The build - Veggie - 17-10-2022 Thanks. Is that the bedroom wall? I've lost my bearings now. RE: The build - Small chilli - 17-10-2022 Not lost your bearings at all. It is the bedroom wall. RE: The build - Vinny - 17-10-2022 Really starting to take shape now. It must be gratifying to get an idea of what the finished article will be like? RE: The build - Small chilli - 18-10-2022 (17-10-2022, 11:36 PM)Vinny Wrote: Really starting to take shape now. It must be gratifying to get an idea of what the finished article will be like?Yeah it is. It’s feels like a real achievement ( especially as it’s our own milled timber ) because as tiny as it is, that bit of house is actually finished [attachment=5538] Hopefully today we’ll be able to say that about the roof as well.
