For supper yesterday I had battered fish fingers dredged up from the bottom of the freezer (tasteless things!)
Steak and eggs today.
Change of plan,I found a pork joint in the freezer so shall have this sliced on my new wooden chopping board and eaten off the board with some bramley apple sauce I think?

Not a lot to eat yesterday as I had a donar kebab with salad the day before and suffered for it yeaterday.
Yesterday I had some walnut cake and coffee at lunch time and sweet chilli salmon with Konjac noodles for supper.
Today will deffo be steak n eggs but at what time I don't know as I may go fishing?, we'll see?
