L. Lettuce and cucumber with sour cream & chive dip poured over it.
D. Stir fry of pak choi, courgette & mushrooms in Hoisin sauce with rice from yesterday.
All FREE.

Roast venison with roast spuds and parsnips. Steamed cauliflower, broccoli and sugarsnap peas. Leeks in a cream & whole grain mustard sauce.

Sounds like something we would have for a special occasion or with visitors.
We had Omelette (9 large eggs, cheese, mushrooms, peas and large onion) with broccoli, carrots and potatoes. Omelette will do for another 2 days.

A little venison left so a re run of last night but with slightly different veggies. Some freshly roasted spuds and roasted golden pippin squash and some carrots to go with leeks and what ever other veg was left.

L. Salmon paste and cucumber on toasted tiger bread.
D. Leftover couscous from last night with red beans in chilli sauce. More leftover for tomorrow. Will I never finish it all?
Scones & clotted cream later.
All FREE except the paste (55p a jar).

Yesterday was chicken teriyaki with stir fried homegrown veg, tonight will be the rest of the chicken with whatever sauce jar is in the cupboard, maybe Moroccan or sweetsour
