Sort of Thai curry - it had Thai curry spices in and served on rice. Veg were cauli, broccoli, carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes, squash and dried beans as no tofu which I usually use also whti celery and mushrooms. I just keep putting veg in till pan looks full enough for 6 meals/ 3 days.

Yesterday a feast of dim sum from the freezer that had been bought for Christmas and not used. Need to think of something for today, maybe throw a few burgers on the BBQ.

Last night Tagliatelle, bol, garlic bread parmesan and a glass of red. this evening a veggie cottage pie with mushy peas and onion gravy.

Last night steak and gravy pie made with remains of brisket joint. Had a bit of pastry left so made a small ham,cheese and egg pie with it. Smile

Today is lamb for a change. Cool
