Thanks guys, shame it will get all mucky and dirty in time. I will glory in its newness for a while then get stuck in making a mess. I expect the next post here will be when it's full of greenery. It seems really spacious whilst it's empty and it's truly tall, I can't reach the inside ridge. In time I'll string wires down its length among other twiddly bits. Haven't got any staging yet, that's the next job.

I use netting like that over my greenhouse JJB, I clip in place with clothes pegs, it works a treat at keeping that intense heat off.

I find it incredibly  versatile,  it's not clipped on at all.  It's actually just draped round like a shawl hooked on to the extrusions.   If its dull I can unhook it from the ridge with a long pokey stick and hook it back up if the sun comes out.  I'm pondering the way to use debris netting on the new one that will retain the versatility.  There's a lot in the planning stage.

Is that the same Pokey stick you use to keep Mr JJB in order.  Tongue

Oh yes, pokey sticks play a big part in husband control, you can never have too many - pokey sticks, not husbands!

Laid central path properly and forked over borders. Finally put the pots of tumbling tomatoes inside. My GH is indeed in action!
