I have no idea but lunch will be something with cucumbers and tomatoes. Evening meal will have beans, broc & MT, maybe even a courgette too.

For supper after an abs workout l had grilled lamb chops with air fried pork rbs

Yesterday Sweet potatoes with lettuce, cucs and toms.
This evening salmon parcels filled with Charlottes, courgettes, toms, onions and herbs.
