RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Veggie - 31-05-2025 B. Banana, granola & yogurt L. YS Salmon poke bowl 48p D, YS Veggie samosas 40p and mango chutney. RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - SarrissUK - 31-05-2025 I've found asparagus that I like, so I've had that with my eggs in the morning for the last three days. The asparagus is locally grown in the village where I went to school as a kid, and she sells it so cheaply. Lunch yesterday and today - pasta with a little salmon, sweetcorn, horseradish sauce and cream cheese. Tea last night and tonight - lasagna that I cooked a couple of weeks ago and froze whole. RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Small chilli - 31-05-2025 Curry & chips RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - JJB - 01-06-2025 (31-05-2025, 07:51 PM)SarrissUK Wrote: I've found asparagus that I like, so I've had that with my eggs in the morning for the last three days. You're welcome to come visit any time, but it'll be at least for both tea, breakfast and lunch lol RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - SarrissUK - 01-06-2025 Roast chicken tonight, and I'm planning roast potatoes and lots of veg to go with it. Breakfast was two homegrown eggs, tomatoes (from the shop, sadly) and pickled herring. Lunch will be leftover salmon pasta. RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Vinny - 01-06-2025 For lunch today I have just had air fried Harrisa flavoured lamb meatbals (20 mins) with Katsu flavoured rice (69p) done for 2 mins in microwave. My newly aquired taste for a squirty Marinara sauce was added to moisten it. I was surprised that Kato liked some of the Harissa meatballs though. RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Small chilli - 01-06-2025 Rubbish sausages hidden in a tomato & pesto sauce with pasta.
