Very similar to you tonight, Bren.

RE: 2024 - Tonight's recipe - Veggie - 29-05-2024

B. Toast & jam
L. beans on toast. Kiwi fruit
D. Veggie sausages, sweetcorn fritters, potato & carrot mash and onion chutney.

All FREE
The sweetcorn fritters were ready made but the ingredients made me think I could easily make them myself. Basically, it was sweetcorn, onion and mint. So a tin of sweetcorn, some chopped onion and mint, mixed with some egg and flour to bind it together, and shallow fried. I'm writing this down here to remind me!!
