RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Vinny - 12-04-2025

Away in motorhome for a couple of days. Shopped yeaterday and beef joints were half price at Morries for Easter! Cool Bought a medium sized joint and cooked it up in oven before we left this morning. For late lunch I had cold sliced beef, eaten with my hands and dipped in Horseradish sauce.

For Ron I think it will be a Powerbowl' with mince & eggs, shared with Kato of course! Smile

Roast chicken and trimmings. Kale florets and 3 MT from the garden.

Cold slices off beef joint with Horseradish again for brekkie. Added butter this time as meat was very lean.

Moving motorhome to a wooded area today so will either have an all day breakfast later or Sirloin & eggs?

Last night’s meal was so horrible I don’t even want to mention it!
Tonight will be chilli and rice.

I'm going to have to ask, SC.... what was it? I've cooked some stuff in my time that was inedible. A broccoli and stilton soup is the first that springs to mind. It stunk the kitchen out and tasted awful! It went in the drain outside.

We're having cheesy garlic bread, all home made tonight. I've been to work, and want something naughty after a bloody long working week with lots of heavy lifting and thousands of steps.

Being incredibly lazy and work hopefully starting on the house again very soon so won’t want to cook.we brought a selection of what we thought might have been “posh/higher quality pot noodles. Last night we thought we’d sample them. OMG !! Unbelievably horrible. They will be for emergencies only or to feed to people we don’t like    Angel . Actual pot noodles would have been better.

Should know better, home made real food is always better than processed, mass produced pap .
