Oh I've just seen your airefryer discussion! I started off with a huge, round halogen oven that was big enough to do a 10 inch pizza. I loved that thing. It had a rotisserie for chicken too, which was fantastic. When that died, I got an airfryer and now we have two in the kitchen, and a spare in the loft. Would not be without them.

I would be lost without my two airfryers too!

I gave up on a jigsaw puzzle today I just couldn’t finish it. Sad that’s never happened before.

It’ll be going to the charity shop tomorrow.

I’ve opened my little sales barrow today. Earliest I’ve ever done that.

Only done it because the shop is open for 3 days this week. As a trial run. See if it’s worth opening for early half term week. So, as there’s a potential for passing trade. I thought why not. It’s only my crochet items at the moment. As all plants & flowers are still in their seed packets.

Does the dampness not affect your wares SC?

I have a pull down plastic curtain to keep the rain off things.

I followed a recipe (almost). Big Grin Chestnut mushroom Bolognese with Linguine. It was one of the recipes, with ingredients, that came with the FREE Gousto box I was given on Sunday. Supposed to be for 2 people.
It had 13 ingredients, most of which were in individual packets (so much waste Sad). There were chestnut mushrooms and baby button mushrooms - I didn't use the latter as there seemed to be plenty of mushrooms without needing them. I also didn't grate the 40g block of cheese as I had grated Parmesan open already. Not did I use the 2 garlic cloves or the basil leaves (I forgot them).
You were told to grate half of the chestnut and button mushrooms and to slice the rest. Life's too short to grate a mushroom so I sliced them all. Can't imagine that the end result would have looked or tasted much different.
There's plenty left for another meal, and it was quite nice, but I wouldn't pay "real" money for it. It also took me much longer, following the instructions, than if I'd winged it.

I used Quinoa today and realised  it’s just as messy as couscous.  Rolleyes
