RE: 2024 - Tonight's recipe - Vinny - 24-04-2024 Ribeye and butter for lunch. Took a couple of large chicken breasts out of the freezer last night to cook up for Kato as I had nothing. Bought chicken thighs for him last night and cooked some up for him in air fryer .Not knowing what to do with the large defrosted chicken breasts? I cut them up into large chunks and bunged them into slow cooker with some Maysan curry powder and water. Looks like I will be having chicken curry for Ron. Decided to boil some eggs and once shelled imerse them in the curry! |
