I didn't have fish last night but cooked up some sausages instead with onion gravy.
Today I have a pork joint with crackling in the oven now which i will have with stuffing, some mange tout peas i picked up cheaply and a few carrots.

B. Rhubarb, muesli, seeds, yogurt
L. Cheese and chutnet on toast
D. Mushy peas, rice, mushrooms, spring onions - mixed together and fried. I'd hoped to make them into burgers but the peas were too wet and it turned to slop.
