RE: Tonight’s recipe - JJB - 22-08-2020 Sweetcorn to start, sweet sour chicken with added tromba for main. Stewed damsons, sponge and custard for pud. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 22-08-2020 (22-08-2020, 10:04 AM)Broadway Wrote: Mousakka and trusty side salad, will probably throw a courgette in as well! I seem to be adding courgettes into nearly everything we cook. Tonight was tagliatelle, Bol (with added courgette) garlic bread, Parmesan, basil pesto and a glass of red. RE: Tonight’s recipe - PyreneesPlot - 22-08-2020 Chilli - one fatalii & one jalapeno, our own toms & peppers but I forgot to soak the beans. Pear & blackberry crumble. But where are the courgettes, I hear you cry. Three jars of marrow & ginger chutney RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 23-08-2020 Sausage and veg casserole with a slice of sourdough and baked some apple, sultana and cinnamon buns. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Admin - 23-08-2020 Fresh crab salad with crusty bread RE: Tonight’s recipe - Veggie - 23-08-2020 King Prawn, Tomato and Chilli Linguine "King prawns and Sunblush tomatoes in a tomato and chilli dressing topped with linguine" Yellow stickered down from £3 to 15p. Looked everywhere on the packaging - plenty of serving advice but nothing about eating linguine when you're alone - as its flips about everywhere. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Small chilli - 23-08-2020 Last night was fish ( caught by us ) & chip (mix of home grown spuds). Tonight was slow cooked short beef rib with Homemade ratatouille with pasta. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Broadway - 24-08-2020 Yesterday had chicken with potatoes, beets, and chard from the plot RE: Tonight’s recipe - Vinny - 24-08-2020 My OH is in hospital just now so I can cook things the way I like them just now. Yesterday for Sunday dinner I had allotment fare of Snowball turnips, broad beans, calabree and French beans. Added to this was a nice piece of Rib-eye steak bought cheaply from Aldi cooked medium rare, just the way I like i. Nicest Sunday meal I have had for a long time and all veg gathered freshly from plot. RE: Tonight’s recipe - PyreneesPlot - 24-08-2020 Get Well Soon Vinny's OH! Last night tomato, basil & balsamic salad - first of the Omars Lebanese toms and they get a ten out of ten. Then lamb leg steaks, roast aubergine, steamed courgette and roast spud (from the shops ) . Pear and almond pudding to finish. Tonight - spag with left over baked aubergines, home made pesto and maybe I'll smuggle some courgette in! |
