It'll look beautiful. You didn't have to got to all that effort though, to beat me at wildlife spotting. Big Grin

This had been planned for some time before your latest game  Big Grin . But it will hopefully help, I hadn’t actually considered that  Big Grin .

You really have to do some before and after photos to remind us all of what can be done. I do like Bob's method of gardening.

Here’s a couple of before photos.

This one is very close to a year ago 8th March 2025. As you can see on the left hand side. Lots of grass. [attachment=8699]
Later in the summer last year. Again lots of grass and not many flowers [attachment=8700]

Today when I’d finished digging out the last few bits and picking the biggest of the stones out and giving it another rake over . [attachment=8701]
But before making a token gesture of a log and stone piles and scattering 520 seed balls.
So as it stands we have 2 apple trees & 1 plum, a lot of clumps of ox-eye daisies, a good number of foxgloves, a small amount of knapweed, yarrow, Selfheal and a few crocus. Hopefully the ragged robin and orchids I transplanted last year will reappear.

I have a few more seeds to add over the coming days. But apart from that. It’s a case of watch this space (with fingers crossed).

Thank you. Splendid.
