Nuts & Seeds serving sizes:-

1/4 cup of nuts or seeds
2 table spoons nut or seed butter

2 tsp is more like reality so I fail yet another challenge,  no matter.

This week's Challenge is :-

To add one tablespoon of ground flaxseed and at least a quarter teaspoon of turmeric to your daily diet, along with all of the other herbs and salt-free spices you can think of.

The Flaxseed I can probably do but not sure about the Turmeric!

The Flaxseed I can probably do but not sure about the Turmeric!
I take turmeric twice a day in tablet form for medical reasons but don't like the taste of it in my food!

I've tried turmeric in warm milk at bedtime but wasnt impressed with that either!
