I have very occasionally added an odd crisp to a salady sandwich. We very seldom have crisps in the house., it's even rarer I have a sandwich. I'm definitely deprived. For tea I had pork chops and black pudding with a dollop of chunky bramley apple sauce.For Ron I will have the rest of the smoked salmon with cream cheese on buttered cream crackers. Sausages, mashed potatoes, with sprouts, carrots and onion gravy. Fruit loaf. Banana and yoghurt. Later we’re having Mackerel, quinoa salad, olives, homemade hummus with carrots and celery sticks. So I've had lots of rib meat sandwiches, lasagna, burgers etc. Tonight was meant to be something freshly cooked, but I went to a history seminar about the very local villages and how land ownership changed late 1800s, and they had sandwiches left over at the end for cheap, so I bought two bags and we had them with some crisps instead. That reminds me, we have found some salt and vinegar crisps with a real tang to them here - we are so pleased!
