Bob nearly ran it over. Luckily swerved at last minute. He got much better photos while adder was still in stock and wondering why he was suddenly in shadow (car park next to him). I got this photo 5 minutes later on my walk back . He was a slow learner as he was crossing the road again. And not very happy. [attachment=7777] Since the accidental squashing of tiger moth caterpillars. I’ve tried to find out who they tern into. Which I’m very pleased about because this is a hover fly larvae. So I put him back on the Achilles to carry on growing.
