Veggie I’m a bit jealous of your mince pies.

Rump steak & scrambled eggs for lunch. For tea I had smoked sausage (firey hot apparently?) with pineapple cottage cheese.

I still have 2 boxes left!! Don't be jealous though as they're nowhere near as nice as homemade ones.

A big lunch today. Chowder to start. Then a portion of the biggest & best sausage roll. To finish a sample of pulled pork. All of which were what’s on the menu at the cafe at the moment. And flipping delicious.

Just a slice of toast for tea.

Anything cooked by someone else is always delicious

Lamb steaks tonight probably grilled, maybe with redcurrant sauce, veg and carb yet to be decided, stewed rhubarb, sponge and custard for P for afters. Liver, bacon, mash and veg last night.

No cooking for use for the next few days. Our friends are visiting and staying in the holiday cottage next door. Apparently it’s Lasagna this evening.

Trying Quinoa again, this time a salad with courgettes, sweet peppers, carrots and onions.

RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Vinny - 15-02-2025

A large can of 'Bullybeef' corned beef with pickled onions fro brunch.

20% reduced price Sirloin steak for Ron, possibly with eggs depnding on how hungry I am?

Toast with rhubarb and orange jam.
Cream cheese cob with a Quinoa Salad that I’ll be making again.
Fruit scone, yoghurt with a banana.
Our usual tagliatelle and Bol etc.
