BTW, I updated my recipe post with a warning about not using British chilli powder as a 1:1 substitute for US chilli powder - the tofu scramble is meant to be fragrantly spicy, not napalm-your-tongue hot!

I can’t remember what programme I watched where they explained the difference between light and dark soy sauce was sugar. So now I don’t buy dark soy.
