RE: Removing Comfrey - Veggie - 09-03-2023 I'd put fruit bushes in there as they're perennial and grow taller than the comfrey. Keep cutting down or walking on the comfrey as it grows to weaken it. I've managed to dig up some of the comfrey while the ground is wet - definitely not when its dry! RE: Removing Comfrey - doublyjonah - 09-03-2023 Oh that's a good thought. We grow a lot of fruit on that side anyway. Maybe some raspberries or maybe I could try the pots of blueberries there since we don't have the right soil for growing them in the ground. Interesting. |
