RE: A little chilli update - Small chilli - 02-07-2020 Look what I found [attachment=647] Ripe pink habanero, that was a nice surprise this morning. RE: A little chilli update - Small chilli - 07-07-2020 Hungarian black flower [attachment=691] I just liked the photo RE: A little chilli update - JJB - 07-07-2020 That's a fine flower, and a fine photo! RE: A little chilli update - toomanytommytoes - 07-07-2020 How is your Venezuelan Tiger doing? Mine is about 6 inches tall and very bushy. It’s definitely not a big plant. Got it’s first few pods set. RE: A little chilli update - Jay - 08-07-2020 The plug plants I bought have all succumbed to aphids!! First time that’s happened to me when growing chillies! RE: A little chilli update - Small chilli - 08-07-2020 It happens unfortunately. To be honest I think the 3 times I’ve ordered plugs only one lot has turned up aphid free. RE: A little chilli update - Jay - 08-07-2020 Thought I would give it a try as I didn’t get round to sowing any seeds this year. Oh well hopefully next year. RE: A little chilli update - Can the Man - 08-07-2020 Fingers crossed my chillies are still aphid free. I got my plug plants from Sea Spring Seeds. I have 10 chilli plants in the tunnel, 8 came as plugs 2 were full established plants already producing fruit. Here’s the little fella [attachment=692] [attachment=693] Still looks tiny next to the Hungarian hot wax, but it’s still doing better than the Bahamian goat on the other side of it. [attachment=694] |
