RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - SarrissUK - 23-08-2025 Wow, that'll take a while to look through! Thank you TTMT! RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - Veggie - 03-02-2026 https://www.reddragonseeds.co.uk/ Based in South Wales where they grow the chilli peppers for seeds. Some other seeds too. RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - Small chilli - 03-02-2026 I should have remembered them. I follow them on facebook and have ordered from them. RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - Small chilli - 08-03-2026 Just found these guys. https://www.scotiaseeds.co.uk/ They only grow & produce wildflower seeds. They have a couple I still need RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - Veggie - 16-03-2026 Has anyone bought tomato seeds from "catherinemaureen1961" on ebay? Not sure what the source of the seeds is but she has a good variety of unusual seeds (99 to be exact). Most of them cost £1.38-£1.44 for 20 seeds. The more you buy, the cheaper they are. P&P is £1. I noticed Paul Robeson on the list. RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - JJB - 16-03-2026 (16-03-2026, 12:28 AM)Veggie Wrote: Has anyone bought tomato seeds from "catherinemaureen1961" on ebay? Yes, I have, back in 2022, for a couple of obscure beefsteak tomatoes. All went well and I can't remember any problems, germination was ok. I'm tempted by Paul Robeson but I've already sown far more tomatoes than I need. I daren't start any more. Perhaps on the wish list for next year. P&P is £1.I bought Primabella from her some years ago. Can't remember much other than it did produce a red cherry. I imagine she is saving seed herself given that they're all open-pollinated, and the pricing wouldn't leave much room for profit if she were buying from another grower. The price is very reasonable compared to others who charge closer to £5 for the same number of seeds! RE: UK seed producers (not the big boys) - toomanytommytoes - 17-03-2026 I bought some Caspian Pink from her, since it's a variety I've had on my tomatoes-to-grow list for quite a while. |
