Our garden had soil banked along one wall, we found an armchair, 2 ceramic butler sinks, quarry tiles from 2 floors plus York flags from the kitchen floors.

No need to get excited about the fancy bottle. We found another 2 today
. Along with lots of others. Another 2 boots and more horse shoes.[attachment=6895]
Found 2 pottery jars as well. Both Broken but found all the bits, so going to glue them.

I like the blue-ish bottles with the square shoulders best.
I do wonder who would have wanted 3 bottles of hair tonic. Do you know who lived in the cottage in the 30s/40s?

Yeah I like the blue tinted ones as well and the little clear one just in front of them. That one seems older to me. But just guessing. Don’t know who lived here back then. They definitely liked their hair products. The jar we found is brylcreem.

What's written on the large brown bottle on the right? Looks like "pale" but can't work out the rest.
