Tonight the sup contains, onions, carrots, butternut squash, artichokes, black Radish, parsnip, parsley, bay leaves, veggie stock cube, salt and pepper and some red lentils for the protein. I will let you know what it tastes like tomorrow.

Well the soup wasn’t bad but nothing out of the ordinary. Just a root vegetable soup with a bit of added cream. Made enough for two more meals!
