Just to let you know my 'Retired Mans' tuna curry turned out very well.
I had it with coconut rice to calm it down a bit as I added some of my own dried chillies to warm it up. 
I just blagged the ingredients as I went along but it mainly consisted of onion,mushrooms,red onion and green pepper and coconut cream.
Spices I added were Harrisa,curry powder,ginger,cinnamon,corriander and smoked paprika in varying quantities until I liked the taste then I spiced it up a bit with some of my own dried chillies chopped up and added.
I used two tins of tuna added to plate alongside rice then curry was ladled over tuna. Its deffo one of my better tinned tuna recipes and I will make it again at a future date.
