Too late now, it's in the oven! RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 09-12-2021 Briam with mackerel and a couple of slices of sourdough. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Vinny - 09-12-2021 The meal I made from the recipe ws very tasty and filling. Unfortunately the only home grown addition was the parsley garnish and mine got a wee bit well done (I always overcook chicken) but was still nice. Recipe was supposedly for six servings but I am a bit of a gannet and only eat one meal a day, so polisghed the lot off. Piccie is the half I ate first then filled my plate again. RE: Tonight’s recipe - Veggie - 09-12-2021 I feel a bit of a fraud posting on here after all the cookery book worthy photos but .......I had a jacket potato with cheese. They have desisted from sending me piccies any more so I should really stop taking photo's before each meal. It's habit forming! RE: Tonight’s recipe - Bren - 10-12-2021 Runner bean curry, rice sourdough naans for us this evening. French beans (can't grow runners because it is too hot ) are one of the few veg I freeze, usually to go in a curry of some sort in the winter.
