It sounds a bit that something is lost in translation, do you really mean 195kg, ie 30 stone? Maybe it's 195 lb, ie nearly 14 stone. Either way lifting your body weight is admirable. RE: 2025 - What I did today - Garrett - 02-03-2025 Green bin collection starts tomorrow so did some pruning: Roses Buddleia Hardy fuchsia Stray bits of ivy and pyracantha RE: 2025 - What I did today - Veggie - 02-03-2025 Cleared all the old stuff out of the burning pit, as it was wet at the bottom, and to make sure nothing was living in it, then filled it up with dry twigs - mostly brambles -and had a bonfire. Managed to get rid of most of it which makes me happy. Our garden waste collection starts on the 21st so that's where the brambles will be going from today. Weeded around the pond and picked some watercress for lunch while I was there. A lovely sunshiny day. RE: 2025 - What I did today - Small chilli - 02-03-2025 Helped Bob get some gravel from the quarry. Ready for our gate posts going in. After lunch. Started making dividers out of cardboard for my new seed tin. Bob suggested making them out of 6mm plywood. So we spent a couple of hours making 33 of them. I’ve spent rest of the day re organising seeds into new tins and more categories. Nearly finished all the edibles, got to finish tomorrow and then start on the flowers. Will definitely need more dividers. RE: 2025 - What I did today - Bren - 02-03-2025 Our green bin collection is this Thursday so I’ve been around the garden collecting anything that doesn’t go in my compost bins. Two dog walks both to different places, our weekend doggie visitor goes home tomorrow.
