Both were fairly painless and I should find out whether I am dying tomorrow! (only joking!) We're all dying, Vinny, just a question of when. hope the tests are OK RE: 2023 - What I did today - JJB - 10-03-2023 Yesterday, apart from shopping, potted on some Old German, Burlesque, Malachite Box and Indigo Blue Beauty. Sowed Divinity, Minibel, Girl Girl's Wierd Thing, Honeycomb, Fireworks and Bloody Butcher. Just two of each one to keep and one sacrificial. You can bet your socks that I'll be potting up each and every seedling, sacrificial or not Today we're off to buy some wood to mend the back gate. RE: 2023 - What I did today - Small chilli - 10-03-2023 Work this morning. Got everything ready for tomorrow’s seed swap. RE: 2023 - What I did today - Mark_Riga - 10-03-2023 I was thinking how to stop the tomato seedlings from getting more drawn when i remembered I had some cheap propagation lights. So I got those out and programmed them for 4 hours at night. RE: 2023 - What I did today - Farendwoman - 10-03-2023 How does that work, Mark? Don’t you really want to boost the light during the day? I just don’t get it. Sorry RE: 2023 - What I did today - Bren - 10-03-2023 Moved my container bay tree into the GF it was getting a weighed down by the snow. Lost the other one i had in the snow a few years ago. RE: 2023 - What I did today - Mark_Riga - 10-03-2023 (10-03-2023, 07:50 PM)Farendwoman Wrote: How does that work, Mark? Well the sun is out during the day but the length of day is short still. Also they are in a West facing conservatory. So I reckoned an extra 4 hours of light wouldn't go amiss. They were only cheap, from ebay I think, but you can press a button to set a timed 4/6 or 8 hours. This is then repeated every 24hours by the lights. RE: 2023 - What I did today - Farendwoman - 10-03-2023 I see . Thank you . Sounds like a good plan. RE: 2023 - What I did today - JJB - 11-03-2023 My 'octopus' LED lights are on all day 8.30 - 11pm as they're in a dark corner, think of the windowsill wars I'd have if we had a conservatory |
