A bucket of broad beans, a handful of raspberries, a punnet of strawberries, some DFB&CFB but not enough for a portion, 4 large choggia beetroot, 7 small/medium courgettes. Of course picking and dealing with this bounty meant the easy day I had hoped for because it was too hot to work outside, was rather busy. None are suitable to use for seed next year so I'll have to buy some, not done that since 2011 when a pound of garlic bulbs was £9.35 from CHase organics.. |
