Vinny I had to look-up carnivore crack not heard of it before.   I don’t fancy bacon  since I had  Covid so it’s not for me.
Carnivore is reliant on fat intake as opposed to carbs for energy. A lot of my carnivore meals don't have enough fat and are protein intensive.I can snack on carnivore crack and increase my fat intake to baance it with the amount of protein I eat.I do eat fatty cuts of meat, but still don't get enough fat to fuel my body.

Must admt,I ddn't understand how Covid woud put you off bacon?

Vinny I think it changed my taste buds I went of bacon, coffee and beer.

Sirloin steak, cooking bacon & fried eggs for lunch. Maybe a Paella for ron?

B. Tinned peaches, granola & yogurt
L. Olive pate and tomatoes on toast. Tangerine.
D. Stilton and crumb topped cod (Lidl) with mixed veg rice.

All FREE except Granola.

Leek puddng and mince were on the menu at a 'greasy spoon' cafe we visited today so I had to try it? It came with carrots,mashed swede & mashed potato. Rather than seem ungrateful (the mince and leek puddng were very tasty) I ate it all apart from the potato mash!

For supper I ntend having a couple of yellow sticker scotch piies I bought today on my Azda shopping spree

L. Olive spread on toast with tomatoes. Tangerines.
D. Leftover cod in stilton sauce, rice and mixed veg and some veggie spring rolls.
