Both having (hopefully) a treat tonight. Bob is having a chicken & spiced ham pie with chips, followed by after eight chocolate brownie. I’m have pepper tomato & pesto quiche with chips. Followed by lemonade meringue roulade.

Fried cooking bacon & eggs for lunch in motorhome. Cold roast brisket with whole cranberry sauce for ron.

L. Lentil, potato & carrot soup......and an Apple (Red and yellow)
D. Sweet chilli tofu with stirfried mushrooms and a bit of Trombone squash. Served with Lemon & herb Basmati rice.
All FREE except the Tofu.

Added some battered fish fillets to my evening meal last night, heavily vinegared and salted.
I think I will cook off a pork joint and have it with apple for a late lunch? ......probably?
