That looks far better than any compost I've ever made lol I have up until now insisted on throwing in egg shells... I don't do that anymore. RE: 2022 - What's made you happy today - SarrissUK - 27-02-2022 The sunshine today! Oh it warmed my cockles, I tell ya! I was only supposed to stay out in the garden until about lunch time, because I have a lot of studying to do... but I only went in at 4pm because I had to start dinner. What a lovely, lovely day RE: 2022 - What's made you happy today - Roitelet - 28-02-2022 Sunshine and bumble bees. RE: 2022 - What's made you happy today - SarrissUK - 02-03-2022 I got a bag of tikka masala powder in the post today. That'll make it a bit easier to keep me on the straight and narrow - chicken thighs cooked that way are easily my favourite thing to snack on RE: 2022 - What's made you happy today - Vinny - 02-03-2022 (02-03-2022, 05:49 PM)SarrissUK Wrote: I got a bag of tikka masala powder in the post today. I buy the ready Tikka coated chicken thighs from Aldi. I love them and also the smell that permeates through the house when they are cooking. RE: 2022 - What's made you happy today - SarrissUK - 02-03-2022 I like them too Vinny, but I eat it in such quantities that it wouldn't be financially viable for me to buy them lol I bought the tandoori masala spice mix from a supermarket the first time, and it changed my world. literally lol https://tajspices.co.uk/products/trs-tandoori-masala-1kg?_pos=1&_sid=5a704a783&_ss=r This is what I've just had delivered. And I have a Company shop around here that sells surplus food from all the supermarkets, and they often have bags of deboned chicken thighs for 3 quid for a three kilo bag. Bargain.
