I'll probably have an ice cream later Smile
I could quite easily handle a brekkie like that! Cool
If you like pickled herring, you'd be in heaven here Vinny! There's so many kinds, I've not even tried half of them yet. Herring is so good for you though, I can feel it!

You're welcome to come visit of course and try them all out for yourself!

Breakfast: Small pot of yoghurt with home-mixed granola (lots of nuts, seeds, coconut etc), two fried eggs, pickled beetroot and a home made bun with sliceable pate. And a humongous pot of coffee (paperwork day, good grief, I was bored before I even started).
Lunch became dinner: Roast chicken legs, rice, roast carrots and red onion with Bisto gravy (yes, we brought a whole load with us, because there is no Bisto here)
Evening snack: Extra crispy cheezy wotsits.

I only buy the two types. The rollmops with pickled spices and the herring pieces pickled with mainly onion.

Breakfast was scrambled buttered eggs, Teatime after shopping, was a half price large rump steak from Morries. It was really delicious!! (Could have been because it was half price with an extra 20% off because it's Saturday.) I'm just so glad I bought three of them! Big Grin

Got invited to a BBQ. Just before we were about to start cooking. So that was excellent. And spent most of the evening cuddling a Jack Russell puppy.
