RE: Time to reopen the Little Shop at the end of the garden! - Veggie - 10-01-2021 My shopkeeper gave me some of his specials - Three Cornered leeks that he keeps behind the counter, out of sight of the public. They're just like spring onions or mini leeks and available right through winter. He warned me not to replant the roots as they can be invasive. Some pumpkin went into it but still had plenty. The pasta came from Aldi, bb date 12-2017 so not too old. Just bought the broccoli but will be going back fr the others later this week. He keeps the stock really fresh without using any plastic. Shop keeper is hoping asparagus will be available soon. A notice has been pinned up at the shop entrance informing customers of a reduction in stock this year due to the shops eventually relocation.
